I've been using this for about 9 days now. It says that within 7 days you'll see results. So far I don't think I'm seeing anything magical, but I'm still going. My nail looks better than when I started right now but I think most of that is because they instruct you to file your nail down to make it thinner, which scrapes off a lot of the bad-looking part.
I guess I'll really know if it's working if the bad part of the nail grows out more, leaving the good part growing from the cuticle. I'll report back in a few weeks to see if that seems to be happening. It might be happening now, because I see a smallish clear spot at the base of the problem area, but I can't remember for sure if that part was clear before I started.
Update: this seems to really be working. It's been maybe a month now, and I can now see clear nail growth below the area that has the fungal problem. I have been trying some other things, too (lavender essential oil and a few hot epsom salt foot baths for an hour at a time), but this is the product I tried first and I don't think I've been doing the other things for long enough to attribute the clean nail growth to the other things. At the very least, this is probably a really good addition to whatever else you're doing to fight nail fungus. It may be enough on its own to make a big difference.

It’s actually helping I do suggest following the directions definitely soak and file down your mail that first time, so that the product can get all the way down to the issue.
