Terms of Service

Last updated: February 16, 2026

Welcome to Amie Health, Inc. (“Amie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at tryamie.com (the “Site”), our telehealth services, patient portal, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state where our services are available to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Medical Services

Amie connects you with independently licensed, board-certified healthcare providers who may prescribe medications based on your medical history and clinical evaluation. Amie does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All prescribing decisions are made solely by the treating physician.

3. No Guarantee of Prescription

Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged for the consultation.

4. Pharmacy & Shipping

Prescribed medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Amie does not dispense medications directly. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

5. Subscription & Billing

Certain treatments are offered on a subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your patient portal or by contacting support.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of prescription medications, refunds are generally not available once medication has shipped. If you are not prescribed, you will not be charged. Supplement orders may be returned within 30 days per our return policy.

7. Patient Portal

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete health information during your assessment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Amie Health, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our Services, including attempting to obtain prescriptions through false information, reselling medications, or interfering with the operation of our Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amie Health, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your health information in compliance with HIPAA and applicable state laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
