I’ve been taking these for a few months and let me tell you, these pills are magic. I took them for a month and noticed a difference in the intensity and frequency of my orgasms. This maybe a little longer but I promise. It will be useful information. I am 35 yrs old and have had 2 babies in 3 years. So sex wasn’t a problem. Well, in the middle of my last pregnancy, a year ago, I started having some issues. Was treated for yeast infection and all that “normal” stuff. Well, fast forward to after having the baby. My sex drive was nonexistent and I was itching severely. Diagnosed with lichen sclerosis but I really didn’t feel like that was the issue. I really wanted to want to have sex with my amazing husband but it just wasn’t there. I bought these out of pure desperation. I am tired of seeing doctors with no relief. Not only have these miracle pills helped my sex drive. They have also helped with the itching that I was having. I have since seen yet another doctor and talked to them about everything and after further testing was told I didn’t have what I was told but have severe dryness. Not with these pills I don’t. Haha. I think Ember and all Amie supplements are top-notch. The ingredients are so good and the amounts are definitely potent. This particular one helps with my mood, too. Took about 1 month, and taking only 1 the same time every day that I have noticed a major improvement in my sex drive, mood, daytime energy, nighttime sleep quality, and overall wellness. I’m 36 and with life changes comes some stress, and with age there are hormonal fluctuations. 've tried many products from Amie and I love the brand. I can tell you, with consistent use HE will be able to tell the difference 😉 And HER if you have one. There is more moisture and to 🏃♀️💨get there is quicker. I did recommend this to a few ladies. It's easy to swallow. You can always do one pill at a time. Hydration is always key if you want more moisture (not sure what's NOT ALLOWED on here) if you drink you water with the pills you will see a difference. Hydration =💦😛 So drink you water and take your pills and in the end....change your sheets!! Another bottle in the cart. ✌🏾

Day1-2/18 still horrible night seeats,insomnia, up at 1am, Exhaustion all day Like I was so tired I couldn't keep my eyes open at the computer at work
Day 2- 2/19 night sweats, gas, insomnia, up at 130 am, exhaustion all day
Day3- 2/20 I woke up with the absolute worst tension headache .It lasted all day I took some Tylenol it helped a lil... I fell asleep at 8pm woke up at 11pm (3 hours later) soaking wet thought it was the night sweats again NOPE!! I peed on myself yes at 39 yo I peed in the bed, I hv not peed on myself since I was 12yo and I couldn't stop laughing.Im going crazy!! Silver lining no night sweats tonight 🤷🏾♀️ also I think it may be helping with my skin, not sure yet tho.
Day4-2/21 No headache this morning but I am tired maybe bc I peed my self at 11pm last night and couldn't go bk to sleep 🙃
I had a tension headache about halfway through the day. Still not sure about it helping my acne. Today was a good day no mood swings. But I did smoke some maryjane today soo today's results might be off..
Day 5 - 2/22 OMG!! I slept til 4am this morning!!! I went to sleep bout 10pm last night. That's a good night's rest for me. I ain't slept that long in months. I did have a little sweating butt I fell asleep w/out my fan on and I didn't have to change my shirt soon as I woke up. Slight tension headache this am. Oh yeah I have been been going to the bathroom regularly every morning (poop) I'm not regular by far so that's a plus too. Oh I did start my cycle 1 week early today and I had no cramps. 🤞🏾
Day6- 2/23
Aggravated on my period cramps. No fan. I slept til 4am which is good. Minimal night sweats

Day 7- 2/ 24
Woke up at 430 i went to sleep at like 10pm so that's a good night's rest considering. A little night sweat
Minimal. And I didn't have my fan on. No headache today.
Day 8 -2/25
No headache. Waking up. Light night sweats. No we're near as bad as they were when I started
I went to bed at 10pm. I slept until 4am. So even this much sleep is a win. Going to bed I had a tension headache about 5 out of 10. My son woke me up suddenly at about midnight w/a question 🙄. My head was thumping I mean ona scale it was a 10 outa 10! Took Tylenol went to sleep.
Day 9- 2/26
I woke up about 430am with THE SAME horrible headache 10 outta 10. I took 2 more Tylenol drank coffee. It's about 8am now and the headache is 1 out of 10. But I am having hot flashes this morning 🥵.oh yeah....my period. It's was shorter and much lighter. I had crampes for 1 day. So that's a win for me ✅️
Day 10 - 15 --3/4
OK! So.... night sweats have been very minimum. I sleep a few more hours than normal. My mood swings are better. My mood is better. My digestive system is better but I also started a probiotic 2 weeks b4 I started these. My skin is clearing up and over just better. Oh the headaches they are slowing going away. I may have a slight one every other day. But none yesterday or this morning.
Day 15- 17. 3/7
The headaches are gone and the night sweats are almost gone
If I sweat it's very minimal. My moods are wayyy better.
From me.to you just buy it! If you dealing with perimenopause. THIS MADE A DIFFERNCE A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE

Use to have multiple hot flashes and aches all day. After chemo, I thought I was in menopause after no periods for over a year. Was surprised when soon after taking grace, my periods came back, hot flashes stopped, and felt less bone and joint pain.
Beware hormone positive cancer survivors. Ask all of your doctors before taking. One of my doctors wants me to stop taking them because they may counteract with repression medication.

This is an absolute lifesaver! My cycle has been gone-zero-and my provider simply thought I was in early menopause. Wrong. 3 days on this and I am back to a normal cycle and hopefully I will be from now on. My Chiropracter suggested it and thank heavens for alternative meds. If you are trying this try taking 4 the 1st time then you might have to take 5 for a couple days. I am not a doctor I am just telling you MY own experience!! Let me repeat. I’m always skeptical-read reviews and decided to give it a shot bc really what did I have to lose? I’d been having hot flashes hourly through the day and night. Waking up every hour bc it felt like I was going to explode from the heat coming out of my body-it was getting exhausting! I’ve been taking these-2 pills every night-and within a week my hot flashes started subsiding and within 2 they are gone. AND I actually think I’m getting more quality sleep thx to these little vitamins!! These are SO worth a try. I’m not kidding...it’s so worth a try.

I love this product but let me be clear, its not a magic pill that you use and instantly turns makes all the symptoms go away. I have been having hot flashes for too many years and I had a woman suggest this product. I have been taking it for one week now and I take them in the morning when I wake up with my coffee and I have noticed my hot flashes have almost disappeared. I might get a little hot flush here and there but I am not getting full fledge hot flashes anymore and I am looking forward to seeing how well this product works as the weeks go by
