We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your item.

How to Start a Return

1. Email our support team at rebecca@tryamie.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
