What Menopause and Libido Treatment Costs Online in 2026
The short answer
Online menopause care is priced four ways: a flat plan that includes the medication, a membership plus medication, a cash price per product, or insurance-billed visits with prescriptions filled at your pharmacy. On October 26, 2026, listed self-pay first visits ran up to $250, flat HRT plans were listed at $149 a month at Henry Meds, and Addyi was listed at $149 a month cash. What you pay depends on the medication, the dose and whether insurance covers it.
What does online menopause and libido treatment cost?
We read the public pricing, FAQ and product pages of 13 U.S. brands, most of them telehealth services, on October 26, 2026, and wrote down what each one lists for menopause hormone therapy and prescription libido treatment: the treatment price, consultation or visit fees, memberships, labs, insurance, and refund and cancellation terms. Amie is one of the 13; its prices come from its live checkout. No customer data was used, and nothing here is a ranking.
The short version: prices are hard to compare because services charge in different ways. Some include the medication in one plan price, some charge a membership and bill medication separately, some price each product, and some bill visits to insurance and send prescriptions to your pharmacy.

The four ways online menopause care is priced
- A flat plan that includes the medication. Henry Meds lists one monthly price for any of its HRT options, and Amie HRT+ has a set plan price that includes the clinician consultation. You know the monthly cost up front, but the plan covers that service’s own products.
- A membership plus medication. Evernow, Ivím Health and Nurx charge a monthly membership or plan fee, with medication or lab work priced separately. Compare the total of membership and medication, not the membership alone.
- A cash price per product. Alloy and Winona price each medication separately, with a one-time consultation fee at Alloy and a free online visit at Winona. Their “from” prices are for the lowest dose.
- Insurance-billed visits. Midi Health and Gennev bill video visits to insurance or charge a self-pay visit fee, and prescriptions are filled at your pharmacy, so the medication cost depends on your pharmacy benefit.
Hormone pellet clinics such as Biote work differently again: Biote doesn’t publish prices, and each certified provider sets its own fees. Our guides to Biote cost and hormone pellet cost cover what to ask.
Prescription libido treatment prices, side by side
Two libido medicines for women are FDA-approved: Addyi (flibanserin), a nightly pill, and Vyleesi (bremelanotide), an as-needed injection for premenopausal women. Several telehealth services also sell compounded arousal creams and tablets, which are not FDA-approved. The FDA explains that it does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are used.
| Service | Price | With insurance | Consult or visit fee | FDA status | Refund and cancellation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amie BlysCompounded PT-141, oxytocin and tadalafil tabletAmie checkout | $129 every 28 days, or $299 every 12 weeks | No insurance; HSA/FSA eligible | $20 clinician consultation, included in the price | Compounded, not FDA-approved | Not approved? Refunded in full, minus the $20 consultation fee. 30-day money-back guarantee once prescribed; excludes the $20 clinician consultation fee. |
| Addyi (flibanserin) via PHILRxFDA-approved nightly pill; maker’s pharmacy programaddyi.com | $149/mo cash | As little as $20/mo for eligible commercially insured patients | Third-party telehealth visit linked from addyi.com; listed at $49 with a discount shown, non-refundable | FDA-approved for acquired, generalized HSDD in women under 65 | Consultation non-refundable; other terms not listed |
| Vyleesi (bremelanotide) via BlinkRxFDA-approved as-needed autoinjectorvyleesi.com | $99 per 4-dose box without coverage | $0 per 4-dose box for most commercially insured patients; not government insurance | Third-party telehealth; “fees may apply” | FDA-approved injection for premenopausal women with acquired, generalized HSDD | Not listed |
| Alloy O-mazingCompounded sildenafil arousal creammyalloy.com | $89.97 per 3-month supply; with estradiol vaginal cream $169.95 per 3 months | No insurance; HSA/FSA eligible | One-time $49 doctor consultation | Compounded, not FDA-approved | Not listed |
| Winona arousal creamCompounded sildenafil arousal creambywinona.com | $79 per order | No insurance; HSA/FSA eligible | Free online visit | Compounded, not FDA-approved | Full refund only within the 24-hour processing window |
| Evernow arousal creamCompounded sildenafil arousal cream with membershipevernow.com | Not listed on the product page; membership $49/mo, $129 per 3 months or $420 per year | Video visits with some major plans | Self-pay $150 per video visit | Compounded, not FDA-approved | Not listed |
| Hello Cake O-Cream RxCompounded topical arousal creamhellocake.com | $60 per order (six doses) | Not listed | Not listed | Compounded, not FDA-approved | Product-specific terms not listed |
Insurance makes the biggest difference for the two FDA-approved medicines: both makers list a low or $0 price for eligible commercially insured patients and a higher cash price without coverage. Vyleesi’s page says patients with government insurance, such as Medicaid or TRICARE, aren’t eligible for its offer. For more detail, see what Addyi costs and what Vyleesi costs.
Costs that are easy to miss
- Consultation fees. Some are one-time, some are per visit, and some are folded into the plan price.
- Membership plus medication. A low membership fee can still mean a higher monthly total once medication is added.
- Labs. Some services require bloodwork for certain medications or bill it separately; others say none is needed to start.
- “From” prices. The lowest dose is usually the advertised price.
- Refund windows. Terms range from a refund only within a 24-hour processing window to a money-back guarantee after you are prescribed, and many services don’t publish refund terms at all.
Where Amie fits
Amie HRT+ is a compounded estradiol and progesterone cream sold at a set plan price that includes the clinician consultation, and Blys is a compounded tablet for low desire and arousal sold every 28 days or every 12 weeks. Both are compounded and not FDA-approved, and Blys contains tadalafil, so it must never be used with nitrate medicines. Whether Amie costs more or less than another option for you depends on which medication and dose a clinician would prescribe elsewhere and whether your insurance covers an FDA-approved alternative. A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate.
How we did this
On October 26, 2026, we read each company’s own public pricing, FAQ and product pages and recorded only what they stated, with the page linked in each table row and in the sources below. Amie’s prices and terms come from its live checkout configuration. We did not use customer data, mystery shopping, review sites or third-party price lists. Where a company lists more than one price for the same thing, we used its main pricing or FAQ page and noted the source.
We left out companies whose prices we couldn’t read from their own site that day: Hers (its site couldn’t be read), DARE to PLAY (no listed price), and the EVEXIAS and SottoPelle pellet networks (no patient prices published). We also found no women’s libido prescription with a listed price on the Nurx, Ro, Lemonaid or Wisp sites. Prices change often, so check the linked page before you buy. Both tables are also on a printable one-page summary for press and print.
Common questions
How much does online HRT cost per month?
It depends on how the service charges. On the pages we read on October 26, 2026, per-product cash prices started at $39.99 a month for an estradiol pill at Alloy (plus a one-time $49 consultation), Henry Meds listed $149 a month including visits and medication, and membership services such as Evernow charged $49 a month before medication.
Does insurance cover online menopause care?
Some services bill insurance for video visits, such as Midi Health, Gennev and Evernow, and prescriptions can then go through your pharmacy benefit. Cash-pay services such as Alloy, Winona, Henry Meds and Amie don’t list insurance billing, though several accept HSA or FSA cards.
How much do prescription libido treatments cost online?
On October 26, 2026, Addyi was listed at $149 a month cash or as little as $20 a month with eligible commercial insurance, and Vyleesi at $99 per 4-dose box without coverage or $0 for most commercially insured patients. Compounded arousal creams were listed from $60 to $89.97 per order or 3-month supply.
What costs are easy to miss?
One-time consultation fees, separate membership fees, lab work, medication billed separately from visits, and refund windows. Several services list a price “from” or “starting at” the lowest dose, so a higher dose can cost more.
Is the cheapest online HRT the best choice?
Not necessarily. Services differ in whether they use FDA-approved or compounded products, whether you can see a clinician by video, whether they take insurance and how they handle refunds. A licensed clinician decides which treatment is appropriate for you.
